This cottage is a listed traditional stone and harl building, with a small garden and car parking area. The ground floor has an open plan entrance, kitchen and spiral stair, with doors into the lounge and bathroom. The bathroom has bath, toilet and hand basin with shaver point.

Directly ahead is the staircase, leading to 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom off to the left has a kingside bed the second bedroom off to the right has twin beds this is also the access room to the third bedroom also having twin beds.
