Lying in the grounds of the owner's home, enjoying shared use of their private tennis court (by arrangement), this comfortable, south facing detached cottage boasts views over its own colourful cottage garden.     Blairhosh Cottage is situated just a short drive from the popular resort of Balloch on the beautiful  Loch Lomond, within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

The Old Smiddy was built in 1862 and was used as a blacksmiths shop until the middle of the 1900's. There is a lot of history surrounding the place itself which enjoys modern features as well as reminders of years gone by.  The Old Smiddy cottage is built over Ballagan burn where there used to be the Old Smiddy workshop where there was a trap door and the cart wheels were fired up and dropped down through this door to cool down.

The Cottage is set within the steading (farm building) and being a working hill farm there are opportunities, at various times of year, to observe many aspects of farm life such as lambing, shearing, etc. Blairvockie Farm extends to 5,000 acres including Ben Lomond, offering unlimited scope for hill walking.

With private front door entrance the apartment enjoys panoramic views over Loch Lomond, Scotland's best known and largest loch. Close by, the popular West Highland Walkway passes through the village as it weaves its way towards Fort William. Seven miles along the Lochside

Rowardennan is a lovely setting, right on the banks of the famous Loch Lomond. Relax and enjoy the magnificent views from the Hostel lounge. Laze on the beach, fish, or walk the West Highland Way, which passes close to the Hostel door. Ben Lomond (3,192ft), Scotland's most southerly Munro, is a fine walk hillwalk. Set in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park the hostel offers great facilities and an unrivalled location.

On the quieter eastern shore of Loch Lomond, and inside the new Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, “Taynunich” enjoys views across the Loch. Built as a croft around 200 years ago, a full renovation of the cottage was completed in July 2003.

Shegarton Farm, self-catering, rental accommodation is located in Glen Finlas, 5 minutes drive from Luss Village, on the west side of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Shegarton Farm is ideally placed for Golfers, the Loch Lomond Golf Course is adjacent, and a short distance away is the new Carrick Course.   The Luss area is a great base for lots of outdoor activities,
