Each lodge has a veranda and being situated right on
the Loch side, command beautiful views over a private sandy beach
and Loch Lomond.

fires in the living areas and heating is provided by electric panel
radiators throughout.
The verandas of both Lodges are fully gated,

Rowardennan is a lovely setting, right on the banks
of the famous Loch Lomond. Relax and enjoy the
magnificent views from the Hostel lounge. Laze on
the beach, fish, or walk the West Highland Way,
which passes close to the Hostel door. Ben Lomond
(3,192ft), Scotland's most southerly Munro, is a
fine walk hillwalk. Set in the heart of the Loch

On the quieter eastern shore of Loch Lomond, and
inside the new Loch Lomond and the Trossachs
National Park, “Taynunich” enjoys views across the
Loch. Built as a croft around 200 years ago, a full
renovation of the cottage was completed in July
2003.
